DIY Title SMS Alerts
DIY Title is a Texas-based educational service that helps heirs understand and navigate the Affidavit of Heirship process as an alternative to probate. DIY Title sends SMS messages to users who opt in through our website or consultation forms. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries about inherited Texas property, follow-ups regarding requested heirship resources, and occasional promotional messages such as free educational webinars. Message frequency varies. Users can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Opt-Out Instruction
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
